Simpson Millar LLP can offer this to employees of your company as well as employees' dependents or indeed, we can enter into a Collective Conditional Fee Agreement with the employer. Clinical negligence claims

Simpson Millar LLP have a highly experienced and substantial clinical negligence team who would be able to help employees or their dependents who have suffered as a result of clinical negligence. Funding is available on both the basis of legal expenses insurance if the employee has this in place or "no win no fee" agreements where funding from the Community Legal Service (Legal Aid) does not apply.
